Peanut Butter Protein Balls

A quick snack high in fiber, protein, and energy!

The added protein is perfect for an after workout snack, throughout the day, or a little before a workout.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of ground peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 1/3 cups old fashioned oats (rolled oats)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and use spatula to mix until the batter is completely combined
  2. Roll the 1-inch size balls with your hands to form shape
  3. Place balls on wax paper lined tray or cookie sheet
  4. Place in fridge for 1 hour or until the balls hardened
  5. Transfer them to freezer
