Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless or center-cut pork chops
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Place the breadcrumbs and parmesan on separate plates.
  2. Coat the pork chops with black pepper, then dredge them in the parmesan. Dip them into the eggs, and finally coat them with breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the pork chops and cook each side until golden brown and the center reaches 145°F.
