Elotes (Mexican Street Corn)

Ingredients

  • Corn on the Cob
  • Butter
  • Mayonesa
  • Sour Cream
  • Cotija Cheese
  • Tajin Seasoning
  • Limes

Directions

  1. Brush corn with melted butter and grill until slightly charred (corn can also be boiled in salted water if preferred).
  2. Mix Mayonesa and sour cream together and spread a thin layer all over corn.
  3. Sprinkle with cotija cheese and Tajin seasoning.
  4. Serve immediately with fresh lime for squeezing on top!
