Chicken Crust Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce or your choice of sauce
  • Toppings of choice (mozzarella cheese, spinach, mushrooms, etc.)

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Prepare a cooking pan, lined with parchment paper and sprayed with cooking oil.
  3. Grab a large bowl and prepare your chicken crust. Combine ground chicken, egg, and seasonings and mix.
  4. Once thoroughly mixed, place on cooking pan and form into shape of pizza, spreading the mixture to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove crust from oven and add sauce and any toppings.
  7. Bake for another 10-15 minutes or until cooked.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool before slicing.
