Arctic Char

Ingredients

  • Arctic Char filet
  • Lemon Juice from 1 Lemon
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt (preferably coarse)
  • ground pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to broil (400°F)
  2. Place the Arctic char filet, skin side down, in a baking pan and sprinkle with coarse salt
  3. Mix lemon juice and olive oil
  4. Drizzle lemon juice/olive oil mixture over fish
  5. Grind fresh pepper over the fish and bake on upper rack for about 10-12 minutes (ensuring minimal internal temp of 145°F)
  6. Pair with your favorite grilled vegetable or side salad
