Ingredients
Arctic Char filet
Lemon Juice from 1 Lemon
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt (preferably coarse)
ground pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to broil (400°F)
Place the Arctic char filet, skin side down, in a baking pan and sprinkle with coarse salt
Mix lemon juice and olive oil
Drizzle lemon juice/olive oil mixture over fish
Grind fresh pepper over the fish and bake on upper rack for about 10-12 minutes (ensuring minimal internal temp of 145°F)
Pair with your favorite grilled vegetable or side salad
